Job Description

Responsibilities: • Promote IT Solutions and Services in the International Market (Non Profit / International Development) • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities through market research, customer mapping, cold-calling, email campaigns, presentations, and lead generation strategies • Manage the complete sales life cycle including market research, prospecting, lead qualification, and product/service presentations • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers to drive business growth • Independently manage RFP-Proposal life cycle • Build, monitor, and manage sales pipelines to ensure a continuous population of near and long-term leads/opportunities • Generate new leads and identify opportunities for sales of IT consulting and professional services • Run campaigns for project and solution-based services • Collaborate with Sales Team members to promote sales opportunities and exchange information effectively • Keep abreast of new technology trends and opportunities as the business and technologies evolve

Job Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written (Mandatory) • Candidates with experience with clients from International Development/Non-Profit sector are given much weightage • Candidates with proven experience in selling solutions and services related to Web CMS, Knowledge Management Platforms, and Grants Management

Systems are preferred. • Proficient in telephone and selling skills • Target-oriented and comfortable with international client interactions • Exposure to US Sales or US outbound processes is advantageous • Understanding of IT and Software terminology and industry • Self-driven and motivated to achieve success in sales • ERP knowledge will be appreciated (not mandatory) • 7+ years of relevant experience required
