Solution Architect – Microsoft Power Platform & Azure
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Solution Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure Cloud, and business application architecture. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and governing end-to-end solution architectures that enable business transformation, operational efficiency, and digital innovation. The Solution Architect will serve as the technical authority for the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and integrated business solutions. Working closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and technology leadership, the architect will translate business objectives into future-ready technology solutions while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles, governance standards, and industry best practices.
Solution Architecture & Digital Transformation
- Lead the architecture, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of business application solutions across multiple business domains.
- Define end-to-end solution architectures encompassing business processes, applications, data, integrations, infrastructure, and security.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions
- Develop architecture roadmaps that support organizational digital transformation objectives.
- Ensure technology solutions align with business priorities, enterprise standards, and long-term strategic goals.
Microsoft Power Platform & Business Applications
- Architect and design solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
- Provide architectural leadership for Dynamics 365 and integrated business applications.
- Design low-code/no-code solutions that accelerate business process automation and improve operational efficiency.
- Establish best practices, reusable components, governance frameworks, and development standards for Power Platform implementations.
- Ensure optimal platform performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
Azure Cloud & Integration Architecture
- Design cloud-native and hybrid architectures leveraging Microsoft Azure services.
- Define integration architectures using APIs, RESTful services, event-driven patterns, and middleware technologies.
- Architect secure data exchange between business applications, enterprise systems, and external platforms.
- Develop architecture strategies addressing availability, scalability, performance, resilience, disaster recovery, and security requirements.
- Support cloud modernization and platform optimization initiatives.
Architecture Governance & Innovation
- Lead architecture reviews, design workshops, technical assessments, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
- Develop and maintain architecture standards, principles, patterns, and reference architectures.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities for innovation and business value creation.
- Proactively identify technology risks and define mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to architecture governance processes and security requirements.
Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into technology solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor technical teams on architecture principles, solution design, and platform best practices.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, developers, infrastructure teams, and vendors to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Present architecture recommendations, solution designs, and technology strategies to senior management and executive stakeholders.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Technical Architecture, or Enterprise Architecture roles.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience leading the architecture and implementation of integrated business application solutions.
- Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure.
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and enterprise integration architectures.
- Experience working with large and complex organizations, managing multiple stakeholders and business functions.
